Need online planner program

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me. I'm looking for a program that can be used on multiple PCs once once that's pretty much an online diary/organiser. I'm looking for something that can have atleast 15 people on their and you can put what there doing at what time each day.

So for a team of engineers, you pick person X his tab opens up with his day, with times on it like a normal diary, you type what he's going to be doing, save it, and then it can be picked up on any other computer that has the program downloaded or can log in online.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

does that even exist if you have a network of pc using the same network then its possible just search round the net, are you doing this for the cafe you work at? *i know i know you are wondering how i know i was stalking pms :th:
