hey when i see people comment a post and at the bottom at there post there is like this moving animation they have i was wondering how to make one of those

Find a picture you like that is within the size limitations.
Right click it and press 'Copy image URL'
Paste it in the 'Edit signature' option

Done.

However if you're wondering how to make an animation like you said, then here:

For example, if I wanted to have a signature with an animation, I would do this.

Copy the Image URL by right clicking it.

Then put Image tags around it.

[IMG]URL of  image [/IMG]

So like this:

[IMG]http://netdna.webdesignerdepot.com/uploads/2013/04/Ceric1.gif[/IMG]

To show up like:

and I paste that in the box here:

But remember if you want to have a signature, have it following signature rules for a normal member ie image has to be 600 x 300 pixels or less, if you have a video it needs to be in spoiler, etc. Everything about signatures can be found
