Need help with Sony Vegas

I'm working on certain something and I'm really trying to find out how to make and effect to make an image fly in to the screen while the video is already playing in the background. I've seen this being used really a lot so it would be a huuuuuge help if someone would be kind enough to explain how this is done. If you're not sure what I'm talking about you can see it in this video.

You need 5 tracks/layers.

You'll need a PNG picture like the one he used, PNG pictures have no background. You should put the PNG picture on the track on top.

Then the track under the one on top will have the TEXT. ''PRESENTS'' Or any other.

Below that one you can put your overlay, He used those white overlay/textures. and put the opacity on 20/30%

Below that one you put that other picture and opacity to 15/25%

Below that one you put the Background you would like to use.

If i explained something else than what you wanted to know. Tell me, I use SV11 btw.
