So i started excersizing 3 momths ago. Back then i was 110kg & now i'm 89kg. I weight myself every single day and for the last 3 days i stopped losing weight.. It doesen't go down nor up.. I'm doing the exact same stuff i was doing when i lost weight. Why is this happening? My current goal is 80kg :)

u see there are a couple of possibilities i can think of from the the vague details u gave

1 - the amount of wait u lost till now was to put it simply general fat that u had been accumilating by over eating and stuff like that before u began working out

the wieght of 89 in ur case must be the weight of ur body without the simple fat but including saturated fats which are the fat level that a particular metabolism holds . results regarding this fat wont be so quick and drastic as they tend to take a lot more time and foccused training

2 - the second thing is if u have muscle training or weight training invloved to a fair extent then maybe ur muscle mass has started to increase

hope it helps if u need any thing else feel free to get in touch

maybe your body got used to the exersice and it doesn't require as much effort now as it used to. try exercising more and doing slightly more intense workout from now on.

it's like with weights, you start with small ones but every couple of months you need to move to heavier weights. if you keep with the small weights after enough time they won't have any effect.

Change your exercises every other day...so your body doesn't get to used to them. Drink lots of water and you go from there...

Having a balanced diet is also essential, make sure to keep track how much calories you want to consume and how much you want to burn, to reduce one pound, you need to burn 3500 calories plus you have to keep in account how much weight you lose, loose too much in a short amount of time can also prove vital for health, as soon as you start eating other foods you might put that weight back on, if you're doing vigorous exercise involving heavy weight lifting and such, you may also gain muscle mass which can also increase weight, if you feel your clothes are fitting you well then you're making success. There are also two types of fat, visceral fat which cannot be seen and surrounds your Internet organs, and the other fat, which can be touched using your hands, around the abdominal or other area of your body, if it's going of well and you're in shape, then you're asking progress.

Make sure you change and adapt other forms of excercise not just stick to one, the plank or the side plank are great to execrcise and work a lot of muscles in your body which burn more calories, you can check the web for various other workouts you can adapt to, that might also help.

Viteman C also boosts up insulin levels and reduces fat as well as whole grain and nuts, foods which contain a lot of fibre are good to adapt with, make sure to ditch other surgery drinks, and water only, which keeps the metabolism high and running.

Just don't eat. Just drink coffee and smoke. : DD That's mainly how I lost my overweight.
Not healthy but works.

I still have five kg to go. Hard to get down.

You could try eating just a bit less than you do, and do just a bit more exercise... I hope I helped. :)

There is a lot that could be happening.

Weight loss in the beginning is usually fairly rapid. People call this "water weight" - but I'm not sure if it has much to do with water retention over other factors. Generally speaking - when you start exercising, you are working muscle groups that are under-utilized. Your body spends a considerable amount of energy and resources repairing the damage that is done to your muscles (when you are exercising, you are tearing microscopic muscle fibers) and building up new tissue. Muscle, even idle, burns calories.

But once your body becomes accustomed to the exercise routine you've laid out - it is now merely repairing muscle tissue rather than constructing new tissue that consumes more calories (even while idle). That - and the energy expended during exercise.

Usually - within about a month to six weeks - you've almost fully developed your muscle tissue to the demands you are placing on it. The exception is when you're doing things like power-lifting - where muscle tissue growth out-paces tendon growth (and you have to slow your pace to avoid tearing tendons and ligaments). Similarly - extending flexibility takes somewhat more time (particularly for those with established muscle mass).

Generally - I would recommend you switch up muscle groups. A lot of standard exercise routines miss portions of the core body and the shoulders. These are smaller muscle groups and won't give you the gains that you saw before - but these exercises will allow you to "Make love like a sabre-cat," as Brynjolf would say.

You may also be at a point where your calorie intake and your calorie expense have reached equilibrium. You're burning roughly as many calories as you take in. To lose more weight - you may have to start trimming off some of your diet (but also remember that your body can and will get rid of muscle tissue if it doesn't have the fat stores or incoming calories to support it). That - or you may have to commit to longer aerobic exercises.

The key thing to remember is that you still have to fuel your body. You can't starve it of the things it needs - or it will go into 'survival mode' and do everything it can to not lose weight.

There has been some interesting study into fat and how it is actually part of the endocrine system. It's far more dynamic than many people used to believe.

Muscle weighs more than fat. You're probably gaining more mass now which is great depending on your goal.
I've been hovering between 64 and 66 kilos for the past 5 years. I weighed 63kg for a while when I had my kickbox match which isn't far from my normal lifestyle bodyweight. (Scuse my sentence structures) I guess you're getting close to your metabolism supported goal weight.

Muscle weighs more than fat plus you need to up the game.

Stop doing weights and concentrate on jogging, jumping, walking, sit ups, push ups ect ect. If you want weight change than do that since if you carry on hardcore muscle gsin, you will just gain more weight. Also try to drink water only and cut down on unhealthy drinks and mcdonalds. You will loose 2 to 5 kg in 2 and half weeks if you do that!

Well we can barely tell you what you should do. We don't even know you're routine is for working out nor do we know exactly what you eat.
To be honest for diet, people like to over complicate things as if they are a doctor. It's quite simple, eat things that are natural. Fruits, vegetables, grass fed beef, etc. Drink water and stay away from juices and soda. Use natural oils. I mean you as a person should know what is healthy or not.

When it comes to the workout there are many things to take in account and well I don't know anything from you. It seems you keep doing the same routine, why not change it up? Different exercises and a different method of training. You might do body weight training, I recommend you add some weights. Just change it up a bit. I don't know anything else to say because you provide little detail. If you want you can PM me and we can discuss it in private. There I will be able to gauge what you need and help you more.
