Theres might be dust on your ghrapic card or where you can put it. Try vacumn it.

It's either faulty drivers or PSU. If it's a bad brand coupled with low watts it may just not be giving enough power to your GPU.

If not, no matter how you look at it the drivers are all that's left. Download latest from the vendor's site, uninstall your current ones completely, reboot in Safe Mode, install the new ones and also disable AMD OverDrive if it's running.

the visualization controller AMD driver stopped responding and has recovered successfully. <- that's what it says in the message.
