Need help with a topic

were starting speeches soon and im stuck for a topic have nothing in mind.
I need a topic that is interesting, a topic where you can make a small joke, Not completely serious, something both genders can enjoy, something where people dont make fun of my speech afterwards and something unique.

EDIT: Im 13 so i need an age appropriate topic
