I've thought about writing a fF for a long time, problem is, I don't really know how lol. I have a general idea of what I want it to be about but I have trouble coming up with characters and dialog. Those are kind of a big deal.
The story would take place between the 2nd and 3rd wars and tell how Uzushiogakure was destroyed.
I think I'll start at the end and if it receives some attention, I'll tell the entire story. Of course since I haven't written the entire story, the original will be subject to rewrites.

Uzushiogakure
-The sky is covered by dark, gray clouds indicative of Uzushiogakure's rainy season. Abandoned buildings, shallow puddles and footprints are all that remain from the villagers. The village is empty. Three ninja appear in Uzushiogakure. No one is there to greet them, except for one.-
Nin1: ..We expected more people. Where is everyone?
U.A.: I'm all that's here. The remaining villagers have fled and the secrets of our fuinjustsu are gone with them.
Nin1: ..If that were true, why are you here? The buildings are still standing. They would have burned everything to the ground to destroy their secrets. It looks like they all left in a hurry.
Nin2: It's true, they just left. They didn't have time to destroy the information we're after. He must be here to buy them some time to escape.
U.A.: And you're here to scout ahead for your main force.
Nin3: Psh! We're here to kill! You don't have a chance! Its 1 on 3 and we have 4 elements between us.
Nin1: He has to defeat us and destroy the information. There's only one person Uzushiogakure would trust to do that, Uzumaki Aoshi.
Nin3: That explains the red hair. He still doesn't have a chance.
Nin2: Don't underestimate him and give him one. No mercy, let's stomp him out quickly and track the rest.
Nin1: Surround him, keep him away from the buildings!
-The 3 surround Aoshi on all sides. Aoshi starts to form hand seals-
Nin3: I didn't think Aoshi used hand seals.
Nin1: He doesn't.
Nin2: This jutsu should be a strong one then. Don't let him complete it!
-Nin 3 throws a Kuni at Aoshi's hands while the other two charge in. Aoshi stops his seals and redirects the kuni toward Nin 2. Nin 2 stops her charge to dodge the kuni while Aoshi and Nin1 clash.-
Nin1: *He redirected the kuni with a wind release jutsu*
-Nin 1 jumps back from Aoshi, preforms seals and unleashes a fire ball at Aoshi. Aoshi's eyes widen as he launches himself toward Nin 3 who is standing still, motionless.-
Aoshi: *That was too close.*
Nin2: So He's a wind user. Nin 3 What are you doing!
Nin1: Aoshi is an abosolute master of wind release and fuinjutsu. There are also reports he has unique Yin-Yang jutsu. He loves to combine low-level genjutsu with his attacks. Nin 3 is under a genjutsu.
Nin2: He doesn't use hand seals... he was trying to get us to look at his hands so he could put us under genjutsu.
Aoshi: I'm up against a sensor, a fire user, and a
-Nin 3 snaps out of the genjutsu and swipes at Aoshi who retreats-
Nin3: Bastard!
