how do you get a video in a signature. it says i am not allowed to on the bottom of the page. do i have to have a certain amount of posts?

You need at least 10 posts to be able to post links. GO to the Konnichi Wa! Section and welcome people and you should get those posts pretty fast. If you need further assistance you can visit me in my lair.

That's a gif and if I'm not mistake you can get the link for that gif and put it in Img codes.

two different things, video and gif images. I don't know exactly which one you want but to put a video you need to use this code:

note that for an image you need to put the image link, not the link to the page were the image is.

PS-Videos can only be used from Youtube, not from any other site. In your current sig you have a vid from another hosting site not supported by our forum.

i have a clip i want to upload to youtube to then use, from the last naruto ending "cascade" and after upload i wanna know how to make it look like your sig ^^
