Need help on issue of PC clock

So, these days every time I turn on my PC, my PC clock shows me erratic time(typically shows me time of 2 days later, just randomly shows it, there is no fixed pattern) and it is bugging me a lot, because I need ****ing skype and it gets messed up every time I log in and I have to set time manually.
Before you suggest me do antivirus scan, I want to tell you that I do it everyday, using official copy of antivirus. Apart from that, I have Malwarebytes and other pretty cool stuff, that I use to scan my PC everyday. I tried deleting temp files, rootkit scan, registry cleaning, nothing works. Please suggest me if this problem is related to hardware(which I think it is??) or any solutions from your side. Thank you in advance..

You can restore your pc to an earlier date to when the clock was showing the right time

I had that problem once. It's not virus. You can fix it in the advanced clock setting. Make sure your time zone is okay.

You mean system restore?? Because I don't see any other way.

There's a little battery on the MOBO called CMOS battery which keeps the time/date, etc. The time being buggy like that is a sign that it's time to replace it.

If nothing helps change the little round battery on motherboard.
