[Question] Need help finding where the a certain chapter.

I just finished watching the anime. I finished the whole Aizen and Arrancar arc but the anime no has a whole bunch of fillers does anyone know were the manga starts off after the Aizen arc, I mean like what chapter does the next arc start on.

Which arc are you looking for? I'm assuming the Lost Substitute Shinigami Arc, so thats Chapter 424. I think thats episode 300 or something in the anime.
