Need help finding anime.

I need help finding some random anime, but the problem is I don't even have a picture for you guys to go off of because I couldn't find one, but I do remember what the character looked like (for the most part). It was a picture of what seemed to be a male character (no boobs), he was wearing a suit that was predominantly white, and had a V on his forehead. He basically looked like Viewtiful Joe if he were tall, lanky, and had a white suit on instead of red.
