[Question] Need help finding an old manga...

I need help finding a certain manga from a few years past. I read it at a library, and I have completely forgotten the title and the character names.

It starts off with a kid walking to school, and he exchanges greetings with a man standing on train tracks: the train comes and runs over the man, and the kid has a wtf moment.

Than the guy gets up, cause he's immortal or something. Than he says his name is "---- of the ---- wind".

My memory is kinda fuzzy...but he might actually be some kind of zombie...and this one girl arrives, and is a detective or something and gets a crush on ZombieBro.

So the MC, the kid, finds some old friends of his. One of them had a baseball hat and the other acted like a *****y ex girlfriend. It turns out that they accidentally burned down their old school, and when the MC went with some douche they were hanging out with to get help, the cops came and the two friends were expelled and sorta hate the MC.

The douchey fourth friend is the heir to some kind of company that apparently revived the ZombieBro...

Last place I left off at, some Yakuza thug kidnapped the MC or something, and talks about how his partner betrayed him. Than ZombieBro gets brainwashed, and MC try's to kick his ass.

Oh yeah! And ZombieBro has amnesia, that's why he had the train hit him. He thought it would jog his memory. And the MC has a crush on his hot teacher, so he wears glasses because she finds it cute.

MC is just a normal high school student though, no special powers. Though he does epically rage at Brain washed ZombieBro, ZombieBro doesn't give two shits and just keeps punching him back.

That honestly sounds like a great manga..... I remember seeing a quick glimpse of something of that nature just a few days ago, however I don't quite remember were it was! :/ maybe if you can talk a little more about it, probably would jog my memory on where I saw it.
