Okay, found this out myself.
What you need:
Car with fully upgraded pursuit tech, preferably ESF and Shockwave
What to do:
Do
Kill the cop quickly with pursuit tech and you get gold.
Go straight down to repair shop
Hit, "Replay mission"
Repeat.
What you get:
Eventually, you get a 10x multiplier, heat 10, and over a million SP after a few plays.
Literally takes five minutes, you get three trophies.
