Do something you enjoy or makes you laugh. I ended up watching some Family Guy (comedy). It also helps just to go out and chill with friends.

Just try to do things to keep her off your mind as best you can. It's impossible to forget her at least right now, but if you put your attention and focus on other people or things it will help ease the pain of thinking about her.

Well i know how you feel bro, i used to have two or three ladies not kids at the same time but one day. i sat and think realized my way was wrong so i changed and ended up with this girl whom loved me for four years without me knowing it.

I loved her and so does she but her family didn't want me to be with her cause of my past and forced her to made a decision after an accident that i had with her and i felt angry and hate towards the people who caused it but it only made me worse and i decided to party and have fun and get with other girls only to find myself feeling empty afterwards. But now, i know and found a girl who loves me and i do too.

The true solution to how you are feeling right now is to take some time and think and stay single for a month or two read the bible too. Cause God does have a better surprise in store for you so have fun responsibly.
