Need Bio Help (Question about clan and justu)

Hi if anyone does read this I just wanted to know a few things

Firstly, can I say straight that my character is from the Nara clan, cause I know there is certain clans and stuff so just wondering bout that one (Still new to this so just trying to get it right)

Secondly, Can I put any jutsu down that I want or do I have to get specifically trained by someone to learn the jutsu first and them slowly get better. Cause I look at bios and see Fire: Mastered Wind: Mastered that type of thing.

If someone can give me some information and help me with these things it will be GREATLY appreciated

1. You need 50 posts for a bio and for a nara bio you need 1000

And for your last question you HAVE to learn them from a sensei [who have orange names] and can't just put what ever. That would be cheating, Over powered, and unfair.

I thought it might be toooo overpowered to have any jutsu (as i said pretty new too this) going to now have a thorough read of the rules and regulations
