Soundcloud can be helpful.

I sometimes check people's beats/ instrumentals on Youtube, and if i like them, i download them with "Youtube Downloader", then convert them to mp3 format. (you can convert the youtube video into almost any format. mp3, iphone video, psp, mp4, etc...)

Use a YT converter.

Plenty of instrumentals on there. I suggest you look for instrumentals produced by Dj. Premier.
