Need a HUGE favor from a graphic designer!

I just finished writing a short story. It was just a small project. I'm gonna go ahead and self-publish it. I'm looking to put as little money into it as possible. I didn't write the story in hope that it will sell big. That's why I'm not gonna invest a lot of money.
Anyway, I need a cover. And I have no talent in art and design. Is there anyone who'd be willing to design one for me? I'd appreciate a TON!

So, what I have in mind is three scenes divided diagonally.
The first one being a hellish scene of fire and a burning late 19th century house. The sky will be black, it being nighttime.
The second will be a forest during the day.
The third will be a winter wonderland. I'd like for there to be dead, snow-covered trees in this scene.
On all three, I'd like for there to be footprints starting from the beginning of the first scene to the end of the third scene. Footprints on dirt, on dirt and maybe some leaves, and then footprints in the snow.
The footprints will start small and grow in size with each one. This portrays my character's journey.
Sorry if it's a bad description.
BTW, I lived in MN from ages 15-18. I'm 19 now. I went to high school in Dakota County. Besides the bi-polar weather and ignorant fools who migrate there from Chicago, it's not a bad state.
