Description: The User will create a Chidori within the palm of his clenched fist. As he opens his hand, the Chidori will burst and scatter into "One Thousand Birds" of lightning. After released the birds barrel towards the opponent striking him like bolts of lightning. This is noted as the Chidori's final and most powerful form.

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.

Although, raiton jutsu are almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.

Description: Usable by most members of the Hidden Cloud village, this technique creates a very thick group of ground-level clouds that covers the battlefield. The clouds are many times thicker than mist from the Hidden Mist counterpart jutsu and thus makes it harder to see and even more difficult to breathe in the clouds. Cloud ninja have no trouble breathing as they reside at such high altitudes that they have grown used to the atmospheric pressure, but against regular shinobi unfamiliar with life in the Hidden Cloud Village, they could potentially suffocate if the clouds are not dispersed within 5 turns. Like the Hidden Mist counterpart, the clouds are made up of the users chakra, making it impossible for Sharingan users to effectively use their sharingan in the Hidden Clouds.

These creature are the royal knights of the Vulture empire. Each one of them has six wings and its upper two wings each have three birdclaw "fingers" in the middle of the wing, which are used in combat. Two arms and two legs, which looks like human's but filled with feathers and has vulture-like fingers. They will punish the user by absorbing 15 chakra points each out of him. The vultures's speed and power are magnificent, it's only equaled by the highest among all the summoning ninja animals. They can fly at the height of the Ruppell's vultures too and are able to use taijutsu's which the user knows up to S rank including these which needs elemental chakra.
~ Can only use up to S-rank taijtusu which the user knows, but cannot use any other kind of techniques.
~ Must have signed the summoning contract.

(Kuchyose No Jutsu: Shoyusura Teiou Hagetaka) - Summoning Technique: Shoyusura The Emperor of the Vultures

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a huge vulture. This creature is the emperor of the Vulture Empire. It has 10 wings and its upper two wings each have three birdclaw "fingers" in the middle of the wing, which are used as front legs. This is done by laying the wings on the ground and use these "fingers" to stand. It's useful for him to go faster on the ground. However in aerial fights this summon is very untrustworthy since it hates to be summoned so much, but ridable. He will punish the user by absorbing 30 chakra points out of him after 4 turns he has been summoned and he will reverse summon itself. If he was somehow defeated before that time, he will take that chakra and disappears. The vulture's speed and power are magnificent, it's only equalled by the highest among all the summoning ninja animals. He can fly at the height of the Ruppell's vultures too and is able to use wind jutsu's which is helpful to create chakra fangs from its "fingers" making it very strong and can cut through even solid substances.

He is great at transporting and unlike many of the vultures he is friendly. he has the ability of using the soil and mud which is contained in his feather to use some earth jutsus from his body if possible.
-Can only be summoned once.
-Must have the vulture contract and mastered up to A rank of the earth element to be able to form this summoning.
-Last for 4 turns then disappear back.

Description: An Advance water technique created by Trisura, the Aqu-A-ssassin of the Empire of Vulture, She created this jutsu out of the need to dry herself after every dive or swim and made it as its fast sneak attack. after getting herself wet, Trisura gets out of the water and close her body inward creating a similar shape of a ball then wave its wings back as it reflect her body to the other side while using her chakra manipulation and water affinity to send all of the water covering its body at all directions in the form of fast raindrops, getting herself dry and attack anyone who is at mid range with her.
-Can only be used twice per battle.
-Make Trisura able to fly right after a swimming/diving session.
-Only Trisura or someone who signed the contract can use this technique.
-Damage anyone at mid range of it including the user.

Description: Zapdos is a giant vulture, of 1/4 the size of Gamabunda. He is a Raiton master, and can use raiton up to S-rank but without any hand seals. He is yellow in color, and his plumage is constantly disarranged. To summon him, the user will put his blood on the contract fan, perform the needed hand seals and swing the fan in the air above him. Zapdos will appear right above the user, already flying. He can speak in human tongue as well.
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Must be Kage rank or higher to summon him, or one won't earn his respect, and he will fly away
-Stays for 4 turns



Summoning Technique: Enchousura, The Dome - Kuchyose No Jutsu: Enchousura, Sono Tengai

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a 4-meter-long-vulture with 6-Meter-long-wings. This creature is the Vulture-Shield of every Vulture summoner. Through her lifetime, she tried to master all sort of ninja methods; elements, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu.. even kinjutsu, but all attempts failed. However, through all of the training she proceed through, her resistance to pain and muscle mass were impressively increased, so she decided to become the vulture-shield for others, a way she found herself useful for others and summoners when needed. She earned herself many titles; The dome, the iron boulder and the barrier, all of them were inspired by her specialty; taking hits and completely block the enemy's attacks. She corner the user with her body and armor as it knee inward at him, covering his body from the incoming attacks from most direction, hold against the pain then buff away when the attack is done. She is usually summoned behind the user at short range so that when it bend, she would still be able to see the enemy.
- Can only be summoned once per battle.
- Cannot summon other vultures for three turns.
- Can block up to a S rank technique or two A ranked techniques.

My Own CFS:

Tegatana Way

Type: KenTaijutsu

Background: A mysterius clan of elite Kenjutsu masters once remarked that they were too vulnerable in case they got disarmed... So, they practiced chakra manipulation, till they discovered the legendary Tegatana No Taijutsu. Basically, the practitioner hardens his lower arm through training and chakra manipulation, and uses it as a katana, imitating the movements he would do with a real Katana.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The first step in conquiring this style, is learning to compress all the muscles of the lower arm to a maximum level, making the arm very hard. To do so, the user extends his 5 fingers. As soon as this is archived, the user will manipulate his normal chakra flow, and release it around his lower arm, like an invisible glove, that will work as a shell, to protect the lower arm. Then, the user will be able to use his hand as a regular katana, were the outer hand is the cuting part, the fingers is the edge and the elbow is used to replace handle strikes. The higher the level of the practitioner, the more potent is his power. Here are the levels of the practitioners:

Tegata Way Adept:
At this level, the Practitioner can use his/her hand like a regular katana, and is fully able to cut or pierce his/her opponet with his bare hand, as long as he has activated it, ofcource. One can archive this level after one training seminar.

Tegatana Way Master:
After the second training seminar, the practitioner will be able to enhance his tegatana with elements, like a regular Katana (only Lighting/Wind and Earth for further hardening, and only if they have the proper training to do so for each element). This is the final level one can archive by training.

Tegatana Way Sage:
Only 3 people can be Tegatana sages at any given time, and have to chose the element they will specialise in. Only the founder of the style can name a Sage. The sages are the following:

Tegatana Sage of Raiton:
This Sage has the maximum potential in piercing techniques, as well as the ability to extend the lighting enhanced tegatana for up to 3 meters lenghth almost instantly (using a specific jutsu). Must have mastered Raiton.

Tegatana Sage of Futon:
This Sage has the maximum potential in slicing techniques when using futon enhanced tegatana, as well as the ability to send slicing winds to the opponet (using a specific jutsu). Must have mastered Futon.

Tegatana Sage of Doton:
This sage has the maximum defence, as the tegatana can be covered with earth and hardened, making a blade of a maximum width of 50cm (using a specific jutsu). Must have mastered Doton.

Usage Examples:

(Tegatana no Jutsu) Hand-Sword Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: The user contracts all the muscles of his lower arm, and then envelops his lower arm with 2 reverce chakra curents, that create an edge on the outer arm. This way, the hardened part becomes as hard as Iron, and the lower arm can be used like a sword. The more advanced the user, the thiner becomes the edge, adding to it's cutting capacity.
-If master level or higher, one can activate this technique on both hands.

Battle Example:
An advanced Tegatana user (adept or higher) slashes his opponet with his activated tegatana. The opponet will be cuted, as if he was slashed by a regular katana, wile the user's arm will feel no pain.

Battle example 2:
The opponet slashes the user with his Katana. The user blocks the opponet's Katana with his Tagatana Enhanced arm, and takes no dammage.

(Raiton/Futon/Doton no tegatana) Lighting/Wind/Earth hand sword
Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description: The user will focus elemental chakra to their tegatana, wich will seem like an aura around the tegatana (cyan for lighting, green for wind and brouwn for earth). Only one chakra type can be focused at one time. Lighting will numb the opponet if it comes in contact with him, and will make the piercing ability of the tegatana much greater. Futon will add to the slicing ability of the tegatana. Doton will make the tegatana much stronger and able to withstand powerfull blows.
-Must have activated the tegatana no jutsu first.
-Must be able to use the apropriate element till B rank
-Must be at least tegatana master level

Tegatana: Coup d' estock
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra: 30

Description: The user memorises the exact place of the opponet, and then throws several smoke/flash bombs. Then, the user jumps to a different angle, and then at the opponet, very quickly, stabing him were the opponet's heart was, when he memorised his/her location. The whole prosess takes no more than 3 seconds.



Additional effects and Restrictions:

-Activation of the tegatana takes some time. The time required depends on the level of the user:

Adept: about 3 seconds
Master: about 1 seconds + 1 second to elementaly enhance the Tegatana
Sage: instantly + 1 second to elementaly enhance the Tegatana

-Wile the Tegatana is activated, the user cannot use any jutsu, except jutsu used to enhance weapons (and only if the user is Master level or higher). An exception to this rule is if one is a Tegatana Sage, so he can use any jutsu of the element he is a Sage of, as long as it does not require any handseals.

-A Tegatana user can also wield a sword, wile activating his Tegatana. This will make the sword like an extention of his tegatana.

-Can only be taught by a Tegatana Sage.

-To begin training in this, one must be of at least jonin level. to master it, one must be of at least Sannin level. To become a tegatana Sage, one must be of Kage Level

(Tegatana no Katana) Hand-Sword Katana
Type: Offencive

Range: Short
Chakra: 20 (+5 per turn active)
Damage: 40
Description: The user contracts all the muscles of his lower arm, and then envelops his lower arm with 2 reverce chakra curents, that create an edge on the outer arm. This way, the hardened part becomes as hard as Iron. Then, a chakra katana blade will appear around the hand of the user, with it's edge being at the fingertips. The user can also replace the normal chakra used for this jutsu with chakra of any of the 3 following elements he has mastered [Raiton, Futon, Doton]. If he does so however, he can maintain the blade active for only one turn.
-If master level or higher, one can activate this technique on both hands.
-Can stay activated for a maximum of 3 turns.
