I was reading about in the bible it says gods say to never seek necromaners becuase their fcking bad no way around it but when i search up nercomancers it said brings of the dead...so meaning they can bring back the dead and god knows about that so he tells mortals to never seek them. Then in the link i gave above it said in the revolution part that necromancers get the second death of burning in a lake of fire. So that means after they die they will keep dyin? I mean why does god make a big deal out of necromancers?

Nonetheless, I am still going to give you my explanation: There is some crazy shit in the Bible and I think we should all remember time period when we read things in it. The Bible warns against witchcraft in general and always threatens harsh punishments for people who try to infringe upon God's realm. Basically, God will send you to hell where you will suffer eternal torture if you **** around with that witchcraft shit.

Tampering with dead bodies is usually considered immoral in any society.

You're not bringing back the dead, you're just messing with dead bodies, so of course it is a sin. It's also a crime.

It's funny how most people assume those words are for our living bodies and soul. Think about the book of the dead for a minute, that's a book we are meant to read alive so we have the information in our travels through the afterlife.

We know Necromancer's don't exist in the physical world, but maybe those words are meant to be carried with us in the afterlife, because other religions(and depending on how you interpret things, Christianity as well) believe in reincarnation.

Maybe those words are a warning to our spirit to turn down those who offer it a chance to be reborn(necromancers)
