It looks like things are near the climax with Hinata and Naruto together powering up! But...
Looking back at previous chapters, Chapter 613 page 6, Madara asks "don't you want to show how powerful the Juubi is in this state?" I find this wording interesting... he doesn't ask how strong the Juubi is, but in that state, could this be a hint at a more perfect form? The Juubi does look pretty unstable, it's missing an arm right off the bat (his left).
Adding Chapter 614 page 6, Madara says "let's go with this until the next transformation." At first I took it as the transformation of him becoming the Juubi's Jinchuriki, but such a ritual (reviving Madara in to a real life body and then sealing the Juubi in to the revived Madara) would be extremely difficult I think, if even possible, while a war against them is going on.
And with Chapter 601 page 8, it seems that the kages just won't die! Except for maybe Tsunade who's been cut in half... though Katsuya says she can put her back together.
Could there quite possibly yet a third form of the Juubi after Shikkaku Nara's plan immoblizes the second form? Will the Kages reappear to balance the power and get even more complicated? Or is it really near the end, Shikkaku's plan succeeds and then it's just Madara and Obito and I'm reading in between lines that aren't even there? Thoughts?
