My best bet is that you came across a Narutobase server name. Some years ago after NB was under the Cyber attack I believe, you sometimes only got the server name of the server you were connected to up when you tried accessing Narutobase, and TokyoBase seems oddly familiar. I recall there being a lot of problems and whenever you reported it, V asked what server was displayed. I could be wrong though, hmmm...
