Sure I can, he settled for mediocrity. He could have been a legend like MJ or Larry Bird who put organizations on the map with there skill. Lebron had the potential to do that with Cleveland, he already by himself took them deep into the playoffs. All he needed was a few supporting cast members.
Instead he ran from greatness and made a super team where he doesn't have to push himself. I still like him as a individual player but that was a terrible career move with the talent he posses.
