Cause of the Akatsuki fiasco a while ago and RP village system is dead right now and trying to be revived and nobody is ready for war...

Idk, however the manditory peace section that Nexus put up in Ninja World section seems to imply that the last war that broke out resulted in too much pointless arguing so idk, I suspect that to be the reason why.

And I think there is none now cause the anyone who was here with the old village system would rape us in a fight... The newer generation of RPers need to grow a little

Im not sure Scary Yamato said something about it I think its where the akatsuki killed all villages or something I have no clue tho ask him

There are few reasons. First is CJs and CEs (since they don't really exist in Narutoverse, once can't simply walk into mordor compare situations with manga/anime and settle the dispute). Second is the thing that wars are meant to be "important" things so everyone takes them as such. Although everyone wants to have fun, no one wants to be on the loosing side and there you have it - endless pages of threads filled to the top with various arguments and counter-arguments etc.
