NB voting system

as we all know there is a section where you can post suggestions. but, most of the suggestions are shot down since they either put a strain on the site or was done before and didnt work out, but what about other suggestions that are actually liked? all the suggestions this site gets, at least some of them must be decent, yet they dont get approved, even when everyone says its a good idea. i dont know if it has anything to do with mods or being lazy or something, but there should be a system where NB members can vote if a suggestion could be invoked or not

@bold: Please provide an example of this. If you can show an example, I can probably tell you why it wasnt implemented. If something is a good idea it isnt just dropped just because. There is normally a reason why it wasnt implemented.

The NB members could vote but the Mods have the final say. It would be pointless. Rather we vote or not it stills comes down to the Mod decision.

yes, mods can decide whether they want it or not, and then NB members can say whether they want it too. mods can be say "okay, this would be good" and then say if the members want it

Well, Parliament was basically a thread suggested for Memebers to have some kinda power over mods.

not power over mods, if a mod likes a suggestion, they can call a vote to see how NB likes the suggestion

That wouldn't change a bloody thing as you didn't solve the problem. Outside the fact that I rarely have seen real good suggestions that have an impact on NB (most of the suggestions that are used are or small scaled or for RP), the problem lies that only admins actually can change things.

So making a voting system is going to change nothing as whether an idea is good or bad, you still need to get an admin to do it. Someone suggested to color the Search and FAQ buttons, lucky for him an admin saw it and did that, but that's just something extremely minor.

On top of that the voting system would be useless as polls are rarely trustworthy and it's not because a lot of people want something, we're going to give it when we deem it a bad idea. Not to mention most people already add polls to their suggestions.

um, no need, mods do what admins allow them, Versuvio has final word theoretically in EVERYTHING (at least i think) it´s fine as it is, no need for changes
