I was wondering if it is possible to change your username?

If not okay but if you can would someone be able to tell me?

Please don't hate it is a simple yes/no question and a possible explanation

You need to have a premium subscription to Narutobase or win a contest

It is. Through 3 methods Only

-Becoming A premium user (Can change 24/7)
-Winning a Contest (Can change once)
-Become a sensei (Can change once)

The sensei one is rather new...

1. You win a contest, you are given the privilege to change it if you want.

2. You can buy a premium. That enables you to become a premium user

3. You can become a sensei and enjoy the privilege only once.(It's a new development)

This gives you an alt account.

Sure, it would have a new name but everything would be reset to zero - posts, rep, kumi, awards ect..

The ways to change your username has already been stated. I think it can be closed

There's actually several ways to change your Username

3.Become A Sensei (you have to a Member of the RP section master a lot of things pass a written test and Battle test and you get a Orange name)

4. Wait for the next Username Change Event (This happens every Six months or so)

I think the reason was along the lines of it's too much strain on the staff...Makes sense since we now beyond 100k members.

The thing that's more accesible to you right now is buying premium. Winning a contest is rather hard, and becoming a sensei... Sorry bro, I don't want to dissapoint you, but you have a long way to go... You'll propably need at least 2 years of effort to reach the Sensei Status... And that is, if you ever get it... U_U

True. Ill be outta high school by then so I doubt i will still be super into Naruto stuff then but who knows and where can I find out how much Premium is?

Also for the other people that asked, name change events are not happening no more since we are so many members as someone mentioned, we got hundreds of requests last time, and it took a whole day to manually change all the people's usernames.

Mods can't change their user names on their own, only admin can.
