Edo hashirama

And edo hashirama + tobirama combo >>> anyone.

So please stop UNDERRATING HIM.

He is THE BEST and STRONGEST HOKAGE because of edo tensei.
He created the ANBU and Police force.
He made hiruzen what he is now.

He sacrificed his life for hiruzen and other elders,
And fought against 20 elite kin-gin bro level ninjas, ALONE.

So please for god's sake, STOP UNDERRATING HIM.

He is my favorite character and I WILL go against anyone who speaks against him.

k i see ur point but wat can he do against planetary devastation or wat if the 1st raikage wasn't there wen ginkaku or kinkaku attacked remember he was found near death and if he was near death while another kage was there if he was by himself he would've been finished, tobirama isn't the greatest hes one of the greats plus wen he does wat the 2nd raikage did which was fight hachibi 1 on 1 and win then i might consider him the greatest

tobirama was a great shinobi but not up there with madara or hashi which i guess few ninja can achieve but thats okay. you don't have to be insanely strong to be famous. look at how the previous tsuchikage and the second mizukage also somewhat feared tobirama. the reason i think he died in that fight with those bounty(??) hunters was because the kin-gin bros went all out kyuubi mode from the start.

But we have gotten direct hype; hashi took out madara and Hiruzen was rumored to be strongest hokage yet. Also we actually did see hiruzen take out oro (kage lvl), first and 2nd... so... yeah... Tobirama has not recieved any direct hype except for being exceptional at water based jutsu and creating one of the Narutoworld's most powerful jutsus, but not being anywhere near to perfecting it - but that is not really relevant because we don't know of anyone comparable to him or anything he has done.

You totally twisted the Raikage's!

Where you wrote the 1st Raikage, it should be the 2nd Raikage and where you wrote the 2nd Raikage should be the 3rd Raikage! :y

you mean chibaku tensei right?

he can just use his S/T jutsu to escape this , just like minato.

2nd raikage got killed by kinkau and ginkaku, and then tobirama single handedly killed the two 6 tails jinchurikis.

Even hashi was badly messed up when he defeated madara.

one small shinra tensei and there is a 5 second gap. one large scale shinra tensei and there is a longer gap. with space time jutsu, that gap will seem like ages for tobirama.
Its like when ninja are being compared now-a-days its either with a Nagato( a rinnegan user) or Madara and sometimes hashi. They seem to have strength from fairy tales. they are special cases. comparing anyone with them will make others seem like fodder.
