Is there an NB Twitter where episodes and manga chapters are updated at?

So I can see if a chapter comes put early or hasn't come out yet.

You could search "mangareader"; "xreader"; "***********"; "mangazone" ..because that's how I get notified with manga chapter releases btw search @RiazGanie, that's me
