That's pretty funny, considering you left out possible exploits and did get facts wrong here. Not to mention that you're just listing every ability he has. Regardless of whether or not it truly helps him in this battle. To me, it seems like you're trying to sway the judges' minds or overwhelm them with all of Kabuto's abilities. This all just more proof that you're trying to show off Kabuto's move set even more and make it seem stacked in his favor. A few points don't exactly matter, we know, and are irrelevant. The bolded are some of the more worthless points. Yes, he has Edo Tensei at his disposal. But, that is not in this match. Is it?
He can kill a person with chakra blades, but then again a kunai could also kill someone. Anko? He never absorbed her curse seal, and unless she is nearby and available for use.. Why bring her up?
Manda 2 can be dealt with via Amaterasu or Enton. Not really a threat here. Yes, he does have a good deal of knowledge. But intel if full in this fight, this doesn't matter at all.
The genjutsu that Kabuto has shown was broken by a part 1 Sakura. I think it's safe to say that an EMS Sasuke will notice and easily break from this Genjutsu.
The Yamata No Orochi technique was Orochimaru's most powerful jutsu, noted in the Databooks. And it appeared to be a transformation more then anything. Not only that, but that form is simply a massive target for Amaterasu, or Kirin if this battle drags on for long enough.
As for swallowing an opponent whole, let's have him do that. Sasuke could then counter by activating Susano'o inside Kabuto and splitting the Dragon apart.
For someone who knows SO much about these characters; you'd think you would phrase this better. He doesn't have the Hozuki clan's ability.

This jutsu is a non-factor here. And now you mention Muki Tensei; Kabuto has only moved the environment with this jutsu. He has never manipulated it to make drastic changes. Not to mention the heat given off from high level katon jutsu will counter act this.
You've also made a point to note Kabuto's speed and agility, but in a cave he has a roof top he can easily latch onto and evade there. He will have no such luck in the open field. Nor will he have anywhere to hide.
