Standing back and crouching into a low stance, Zatanna bursts forward and a blaze of speed, under the dummy, kicking it with a large force after twisting on her hands, using the momentum to send it flying.

Resetting, throwing the dummy upwards, Zatanna jumped, appearing in a flash of speed behind the target, then delivers a series of spinning kicks, sending the dummy back into the ground.

A technique where you will charge your fists with Water chakra, and deliver a combination of five strikes. It's all explained there, and the Water in the technique causes the opponent to suffer heavy breathing.

Description: The user begins by sending a flying kick straight towards the enemy's upper body, likely causing the target to guard the attack. After hitting the guard, the user then spins 360 degrees and brings their left foot up, breaking the guard and kicking the enemy with the right leg to the chin to send them into the air. Then the user lands on the ground and quickly uses a burst of chakra from their feet to launch themselves above the enemy and finish them off by hammer-kicking them into the ground.

A flying kick is delivered to the upper body, where the opponent might most likely guard. When the guard is hit, you spin 360, and bring your left foot up and break the guard, while the right leg delivers a kick to the opponents' chin, which hits the opponent into the air. The opponent falls onto the ground, and you deliver a hammer kick to the ground.

 

[Zatanna]

As Zatanna approached the dummy once again she charged her fists with water chakra and then began to do five strikes at the dummy, two to the chest to start to lift them up slightly then another to launch them up. Then following through with a high sweeping kick, launching the dummy, then to finish off drop kicking it in the stomach as it landed, creating a large splash as it did, from all the water over the target.

As she lands, Zatanna controls her breathing, she calms herself before standing infront of the dummy, before delivering two strikes, one to the collar of the dummy and the next to the throat, delivering intense crazy damage.

Getting a run up, Zatanna started by flying forwards with a kick, as it hit the dummy, she span herself, following through with her foot, striking upwards with her foot to the dummys chin, launching it into the air. As she landed, she used a concentrated burst of chakra from her feet to propel herself upwards, rising above the dummy and finishing it with a hammer kick smashing it into the ground.

Description: The user will dive into a forward roll towards the enemy, rolling behind them to grab both of their arms by the wrist and, at the same time, pressing a foot into their back. By applying pressure to the target’s back and yanking their arms upwards the user is able to break their arms.

A technique where you dive forward, into a roll, and get in behind the opponent. You will the grab the opponents' arms by their wrist, and basically press your foot into the opponents' back, and break their arms. Kind of like how Sasuke did to one of those Sound nin.

 

[Zatanna]

Nodding towards the instructions again, Zatanna charged up her hand with lightning chakra, as she readied herself, striking the dummy in the shoulder she released the lightning chakra creating an electrical shock discharge that would numb and paralyse the targets shoulder.

Setting up again, Zatanna would take a stance and begin by lifting her leg and swinging at the dummy. Instead of connecting she feigned and slammed it down on the ankle of the target. Using her momentum she jerked her body forward, pushing her Fist forward at the same time, punching the dummy square in the chest with huge power and momentum. The pinning of the ankle combined with the force of the punch would slam and pivot the dummy into the ground.

Picking it up and standing again, Zatanna would duck forwards into a roll, twisting and facing the dummy from behind its back. She would then as she was rising grab it's arms by the wrists, and lifting them up. As she did she would stick one foot into the square of its back, forcing it bend over with the leverage of its arms. With a slight crack, Zatanna then let go and set herself up again.

Resetting and standing in front of the dummy, Zatanna gathers chakra into her arms and legs, delivering a swift 1 1 2 combo with her fists followed through with a sweeping round house with her right foot, each strike delivering the lightning chakra causing burns and paralysis.

Taking up a stance infront of the dummy once again, Zatanna takes a deep breath and focuses earthen chakra into her fists, and in one swift movement strikes the targets chest with the force of a large boulder crashing into it.

As Zatanna resets and covers her limbs in wind, she delivers a variety of strikes like crushing wind without actually touching the target, leaving cuts but also blowing the dummy back a bit.

Covering her Arms in water, Zatanna strikes the dummy so it spins around coming at her with a round house punch. As it comes in she uses the water in her arms to catch the punch in one hand, and using the inertia momentum, pull the dummy towards her while she also used the momentum of catching the punch to twist her body clocking the target in the face.

Once again Zatanna resets and covers her limbs in chakra, a fire beginning to crackle around them as she leaps towards the target, delivering a 5 hit combo, with two left jabs, a right hook, left uppercut, and right leg round house to the ribs of the target in an unpredictable fashion, burning the parts of the dummy.

Setting up once more and standing a distance from the dummy, Zatanna charged lightning chakra around her body, feeling it pulse and rush through her muscles. As she sprinted towards the target with increased speed she struck multiple times, towards all the vital areas while discharging the lightning chakra in her hands, creating a paralysis on the area's struck.

Taking a breath and standing before the dummy once again, she channeled earthen chakra into her dominant leg this time, and with one vicious swing of her foot, she sent the target flying straight up skyward.

Taking a breath before her first strike, Zatanna calms herself, and then unleashes a flurry of blows onto the target, fast and deadly each time.

The next time, Zatanna bent her knees and positioned her hands into a claw like pattern, imitating a tigers claws. As she jumped towards and struck the target, she tore away chunks creating serious wounds.

Preparing herself Zatanna charged electrical chakra around her body, as she bent forward and then sprung towards the target. as she did she rotated her body, with her leg following through as she raised it, into a hurricane kick striking the target in the mid section which would cause some paralysis. As her foot came around again this time she aimed for the ankle, striking and kicking the target off balance, as it was tripped up, and to strike a finishing blow, Zatanna raised her leg upwards as she rotated, and brung it down as the target was falling creating a hammer axe kick, ploughing the target into the ground

Then right as they are about to strike the ground, the user surges their lightning chakra into their right ankle, releasing the energy on point of contact to smash the opponent downwards and causing a giant crater to appear from the release of the immense energy.

A technique where you will surge Lightning into your limbs, and strike the opponent with an upper cut. This sends them into the air, where you launch yourself up, and grab the opponent and release the Lightning chakra, delivering a massive blast upon impact on the ground.

Charging up her elbows and knees this time with katon fire chakra, Zatanna leap towards the target, delivering a blow with her elbow, then followed up with a knee and elbow combo with each strike that would shatter bones.

Gathering the chakra in her arms, Zatanna would coil it around her arm like a spring and as she approached the target, she let it loose where it would strike lightning fast helped by the spring coil motion into the targets stomach, creating paralysis too.

As Zatanna resets, she charges her body with lightning chakra, and sprints towards the target, as she approaches, she crouch and leaps upwards, delivering a rotating uppercut which send the target to the sky. As she springs her legs, she appears above the target, grabbing the dummy face down, and as theyre about to hit the ground, Zatanna concentrates the chakra into her ankle, creating a large explosion of energy as the target hits the ground creating a large crater.

Lightning will causing numbing for one turn, fire will cause burning, wind will cause shredding and slicing, earth will cause tremendous bone-breaking power and water will soak in a high density causing irregular breathing.

Based on Hung Ga style, where you will deliver five strikes, each from one of the basic 5 elements. Each with different effects, pretty simple.

As Zatanna prepares for her last technique, she gathers up chakra all over her body, readily able to change it as desired. As she prints towards the target, she starts by charging her fight with lightning as she jabs with her left into its chest, then charging her right with fire she follows up with another combo setting it on fire, then charging her left foot with earthen chakra, she does a round house kick breaking the targets leg and sweeping it off its feet. Charging her other foot with wind chakra she performs an ax kick slamming the target into the ground, and then finally charging her right fist with water, she slams it into the targets chest creating a large impact and crater into the ground surrounding it.
