It's a pretty basic idea, charge up your Lightning Chakra into your palm, then strike this random innocent bystander in the right shoulder, releasing your electrical current into his arm.
Applicability: Useful for difusing a possible technique that requires handseals.

I begin to build and gather my Raiton chakra. Channeling it through my arm and into my right palm. I thrust my right palm forwards in a rather simple linear motion, striking your clone in the collarbon/shoulder area. As I strike your clone, I release the Raiton chakra pent up within my palm in a single, branching burst. Allowing the chakra to diffuse outwards into your clone in the form of an electrical current. Thus shocking him, and possibly paralyzing the struck area.
