i've been on this site for than six months yet i haven't got a hang of how things works. Not that i am tryng to get any attention but after viewing other people's wall it clicked to me that this site is slightly difficult that fb and most socialnetwork in time of usage.. To cut things short i wouldn't mind meeting smebody who would teach me to enjoy my stay online please g2g

Awards are what you're given if you've won a competition or maybe even gotten second or third place.
Here on NB there are many different competitions, for arts, fanfictions, profile pages etc.

If you wish to partake, do you by following instructions, written in respective threads I believe.

If you've been paying attention, you might notice how some have different icons at the bottom of where you see the avatar picture(in my case Luffy, crying).
Some even have light-blue handle names.

NB is not exactly a social network but a message board- a manga/anime site with many forums and subforms for different topics. Here the discussions are threaded unlike SNs.

But it is not really that difficult to understand how things work if you try. Read

. You can also ask a mod or another experienced user via a VM/PM if yo do not understand something.

You can also ask about any site feature you do not understand in the questions and Suggestions forum. There are a lot of helpful sticky threads ( which always remain on top of threads) which you should check out.
