NB Premium membership ripped..?

Hello to all, and welcome. I specifically made this thread due to a current event that I am very upset about. About three month's ago, I purchased nb premium membership, (for six month's). And as you may see, that membership is gone. Not only the glowing name, which i'm not too fond of anyway's, but also all of the perk's and privileges that come along with it. Basically the membership itself.

Now my membership was supposed to expire in september, but it is gone now, and honestly I have reason to believe that I have been ripped off. I contacted Nexus over msn about it, but I guess there's nothing even an admin can do, which is pretty ridiculous. The point is that this site basically took my money, and I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else. Word is that it has happened multiple times to different people. And can a mod or admin contact Versuvio about this?

Dude, get your money back, or try to get your Premium membership back (without paying again of course). That's complete bullshit in my opinion!

Well, it should be logged, so there is proof of your purchase.
Pretty sure the mods can give you admin o_O

Can't contact Versuvio, and Nexus seem's unable to help.

meh if what you is saying is true then you have every right to be pissed off, however dont take your anger out on the admins for two reasons one im sure they didnt mean to rip you of and two getting cut at them will probably get you banned xd. also why cant you contact V?

Certainly is not what we intend to do here on NB. Im sure there is something wrong or an error was made. In either case, there is always a receipt available when you make a purchase through paypal. In either case, please be patient. ----Thanks----​

There was no need to make a thread about this. You could of easily contacted another admin if Nexus didn't reply. Anyway closing this and leaving it to the admins- as it should of been from the start.

Just a general note: The Staff live in various parts of the world so you have to be patient. Sometimes it takes a day or two to resolve things. Glad you got it back^^
