I'm a poet so I wouldn't mind having a contest but like smeone said there's a high chance that someone will plagiarise so just five a specificncategory that the poets must write about.

I'm tired of hearing the plagiarisng crap you guys are keep saying. It sounds like you guys are trying to say anything to stop a contest that would be fun.

Fanfiction of the month can be stolen work. They're thousands of fanfics in the world. Whats not stopping them from stealing a story and saying its their. Art of the month can be stolen.

Every contest on NB has had cheaters and plagiarism in them. But they're steps the staff can do to limit this. Like what Adachi said, "Make it on a generic topic like love or death". The contest seems like it has a good shot of becoming official.

The only thing left is to find a mod who would take the time to host it.
