[Technical Issue] NB not loading on phone

Whenever I try to use NB on my phone it will always say the server isn't responding,sometimes it will work then stop loading again. This has been happening since Wednesday.Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you fix it?

Yup, it always does that, even on PC.
