Nexus is in charge and primary head of the rp as well as the naruto base medical ninjutsu training and teaching minato assist him in teaching it and once in a while an application thread is either reopened or created which he will select his own participants and students he wants to take.

Telling you exactly goes on in the med school is against the rules. However I can give you a basic summary.

In the med school area of the site selected students learn a ariety of abilities and techniques that are useful to medical shinobi (most of them will never really be seen outside of the med school)

To get in, you simply have to apply when we create the applications and the best applicants will be accepted.

I'm saving Nexus the trouble of going through meaningless Applications. I mean if they have to ask such questions, they are definitely not qualified to become med students. No offense to anyone.

i'm sure it starts with the application process.

If they can't understand what you are trying to say. Probably not gonna get accepted. Thus your reasoning for not applying because of the class/training due to not being able to write in english well, the application process is where you would find out i would imagine ~_~
