Also, it depends on how much chakra you think hagoromo had. Does hagoromo have more chakra than the kyuubi? Because Sasuke has HALF of his chakra.

As far as chakra power Sasuke's has rikudou chakra which is beyond bijuu level. As far as quantity Sasuke is able to get to Momo's home planet without his eye powers waning. Momoshiki from what I heard had to consume all of his chakra pills (including the ones extracted by draining the Hachibi) in order to perform that feat. :|

When Naruto was distributing half Kurama's chakra to the shinobi alliance, Hashirama compared the quantity of that chakra to his own. Which means Hashirama had tailed beast level chakra. Adult Sasuke's chakra > Hashirama's chakra in quantity, so obviously it is tailed beast level.

Sasuke's chakra = Six Paths chakra (Hagoromo endowed him with it)
Six Paths chakra = Hagomoro's chakra (Obvious thing)
Hagomoro's chakra = Juubi's chakra (Hagomoro purely inherited his chakra from Kaguya who was the Juubi)
Juubi's chakra > any tailed beast chakra (Well known and proven plus common sense)

Therefore, Sasuke's chakra > any tailed beast chakra (in power).

As for hogoromo's chakra, measuring it isn't really possible, however I do believe he has more chakra than the kyuubi so I concede sasuke has more chakra than the kyuubi at this point, but not before rikudo power up and hebi sasuke certainly did not have more potent chakra than the kyuubi

They were low, part of chakra is made of physical energy. If a disease weakens one's body then the reserves will go down. This is similar to how hiruzen's chakra reserves went down due to old age.

Itachi never spammed chakra taxing jutsu. He used amaterasu twice, susanoo twice, two crow clones and one c-rank fire jutsu. He died straight after.
