NB, Is Mifune by hype able to stop Itachi's handseals?

Even so it's not just a matter of speed also perception. The Sharigan is unable to keep up with his handseals.

It is also the matter of the setting and how fast Mifune can stop him, Discarding that Small piece of Information, No, I dont think Mifune could Stop Itachi from weaving handseals. As Blaze Release said He could Dodge Mifune's Kenjutsu and Continue weaving handseals. You know, I should debate more often, It's fun, Im also kind of bored.. xd Not anymore though!​

well Itachi's handseals were so fast that he was able to weave out the signs for a shadow clone while throwing hundreds of shuriken nonstop at Sasuke. Sasuke didn't even see the handseals with his sharingan. that being said, i VERY highly doubt Mifune's quick enough to spot, recognize, and block Itachi's handseals.

By "Hype"? Would that be more of a feat? It is fact and had been comfirmed in the Manga. I say yes. However, we could never know. Also, Itach's feats might contradict Mifune's feat (vice-versa).

Yes mifune stop's itachi. But everyone is acting like mifune doing this is so great but it's not and I will tell you why. Many characters have the speed to stop his or her opponent doing hand seals but the reason they don't is because they can just counter with their ninjutsu.

Mifune has no ninjutsu to preform, this means he can use 100% of his speed on not letting his opponent preform hand seals.

I don't think so. Once Mifune gets close to intercept Itachi's hand seals. He will only hit a clone and from behind will get blitzed by Itachi.

No Mifune stopped an old out of prime Hanzo's hand seals. The prime Hanzo beat him pretty easily. There is no way Mifune is stopping Itachi's whose even with the sharingan, are untraceable.
