[Technical Issue] nb is lagging and being glitchy and unresponsive to me today

and the front page bottom says :

Ok so 2 people connected with otsu have this problem, I will look forward this to V when he gets back and we will take a look at it.

If anyone else have this same problem please report it to me by PM, and include what server you are connected to.
