[Suggestion] NB adopting Cryptocurrencies

Hey^^

I would just like to hear your thoughts on NB adopting cryptocurrencies as a way to pay for premium accounts or even as donations (for mods, senseis, helpfull members, gfx'ers, etc). The most famous one you might have heard about is Bitcoin, but there are plenty of others like Litecoin, Dogecoin, etc

Now, personally, i think cryptocurrencies have huge potential and might become something big in the future because of their advantages. My idea is that, by adopting them we would help them become more acknowledged, stimulate them and even motivating people to help each other as they could receive a small donation. In theory, all works out, members help each other, donate to each other, everyone is more active, also contributing to the site, thing is, there might be abuses like people asking for donations to train other people (this is RP-related) and any other problems that might have come up with the Kumi system. Another thing is that, this is a free website and we certaintly don't want to change that, however, people somehow abusing this could lead to complications.

share your thoughts please. if anyone has some kind of video or link explaining how cryptocurrencies work please share it so people can understand how it works

Bitcoin and the like are trashy, unsafe bubbles.

The trend of the aforementioned is certainly proof of that.

Simple for you might not be simple for another. So adding variety is adding more "simple" options.

actually, it wouldnt be difficult i think. you just post your wallet address and ppl would donate, making a deposit on that address.

Yes, it would be a good thing to implement to have a more variety in payment options but is there really a demand for it on NB?
