Nazi Zombies help

In the Cod 5 zombies map nacho de unto ten is it better if I open the help door or go upstairs then down the other way?

Seriously how can you play the older ones when Ops 2 is Suuuuuuuch a improvement its soo much you can do on it

Go through the 'Help' door (which has an awesome gun in there btw), and I'd advise to never use the stairs in the first room.
If you end up to the top floor via removing the barricade on stairs, then you'd have to watch in front of you AND behind you; as opposed to camping in that top floor room next to the stairs (that's still closed/barricaded; which means the Nazis can't get through) & focusing on one door.
