Nature Transformation

Uhm... It's basically used in Elemental Ninjutsu, together with shape transformation
Not in Taijutsu( Hyuuga's or Lee's and Gai's) or Genjutsu

All who has chakra obviously has their own innate type of nature transformation.
One must awaken their nature, have good chakra control, and adept in elemental ninjutsu

I just decide to make this one to talk about confusion about this matter, if there is any.

Its also worth noting that none elemental ninjutsu (mostly secret clan techniques) such as the shadow sowing and also human expansions jutsu's are yin-yang release. Yamato explained this at one point to Naruto but stopped because he got confused. Techniques like the hyuuga gentle fist are chakra manipulation techniques akin to how rasengan is just chakra.

Genjutsu would also fall under chakra manipulation (manipulate the opponents) but is an advanced form that also incorporates yin-release. Its the main reason why Sakura was referred to as a genjutsu-type and why she can use the yin release seal.

Yes. there's a clear divide between techniques. So one cannot just apply chakra nature to anyone. Because not everyone is adept in using elemental ninjutsu.
