Natural lightning vs Chakra based lightning

I thought that natural lightning was superior but if it was how did Kakashi cut it with his Chidori/raikiri? If kakashi did this, lets say he uses a huge raikiri, will he be able to cut through Kirin?

Kirin is natural lighting with using chakra to control it, so it's still ninjutsu

Perhaps, though Sasuke can also make his Kirin stronger as Kakashi can with his Raikiri.

No, i don't think so unless kakashi has a lightning style jutsu which is also same size as kirin.
