Using FT logic it's totally possible actually. If we take it out of the realms of FT logic and take in consideration what they are both capable of and the hype that Demon slayers should be over Dragon slayers then yea Grey will win.
But this is FT..
.... Gray wins high diff!!! Silver one shotted Natsu with Ice Demon Slaying magic. Natsu's fire cant melt Demon Ice, so how tf is he supposed to win?!?! Lightning-Flame Dragon mode is Natsu's only option but Gray can probably still defeat him.
Natsu will start breathing fire all over the place, Gray will freeze his food, Natsu will punch Gray, Gray will punch Natsu back, Natsu will push Gray, Gray will smack Natsu with an ice weapon, sending him crashing into a table, Natsu will retaliate and headbutt Gray while on fire, Gray will fly backwards, narrowly missing hitting Lucy, and land on Erza's cake, Erza will snap and beat both Gray and Natsu into submission and make them go out on an errand to buy her more cake.
Ten minutes later, the two of them are fighting again.
Those two never fight each other seriously, and if they did, they would probably both die, or just get knocked out and wake up covered in bandages and not get to participate in the Fantasia Parade. Either way, Erza wins.
