OK! Here we go:

1. Natsu can eat flame (And recover his energy), Gray can't do that so depending on the situation Natsu takes this
2. Dragon Force - The ultimate form of Dragon Slayer Magic... I know Gray's got Iced Shell but prep time takes way too long
3. Lightning Flame Dragon - Natsu single handedly did more damage than anyone in the Tenrojou Island to the ex guild master puriheto when all 4 combined their power, so if Natsu goes in that mode, Gray is toast

4. Going by battle experience and in every arc Natsu has gained loads of power up and experience, than Gray can even imagine... Going by A>B>C Logic, Natsu took out the likes of Zero, Laxus, Jellal and Sting/Rogue whereas Gray took out mostly easily ones (ok! except Juvia and Ultear)....
