What does OP mean by internationalism? Is it anti-racism, multinationalism within countries or no borders at all?

i feel both are important it just depends on the individuals level of open-mindedness

i use to think soley internationalism till i left the country as an American. generally we have the most people that tour the world and generally the majority of people think we're rude and closed minded. i feel like i have to prove that im not what they perceive which is due to internationalism and the close mindedness of the tourist and the natives. there are also people i would never take out of the country because theyre too close minded and would just complain about everything

"The greatest illusion of this world is the illusion of separation. Things you think are separate and different are actually one and the same. We are all one people, but we live as if divided."

Nationalism ofc.

Reasons?
I love my country, well, what it used to be.
My parents were born here, so were my other ancestors.
My family history was written here.
Our morals are the best in the world.
We are the country of the poets and thinkers.

Nationalism. No matter how much people would want to preach that people are one and thesame, the truth is that thought is nothing more than a fantacy. Take the way people relate on a personal level with one another, with some you befriend, some you remain casual and some you just hate.
for me, the thought of internationalism is nothing but an utmost impossibility.
To attest to this is the reality of division within a country with no more than a few millions, and the violent tendencies this divisions have.

Communism and other utopian one-worldisms have time and time again - without exception - degenerated into some or other form of nationalism.

Internationalism is the opium of urban intelligentsia completely out of tune with the masses of their own people, and as soon as the commoners - the rural masses historically - have anything to say about how things are run, the state once again becomes the handmaiden of the tribe.

Or to put it another way, people do not enlist, endure, fight and die for airy abstractions - they always do so for "blood and soil."

But instead of anymore of the usual rambling prose, I'll quote some verse for once.

Yeats wrote a nice poem on this, "An Irish Airman Foresees His Death":

I know that I shall meet my fate,
Somewhere among the clouds above;
Those that I fight I do not hate,
Those that I guard I do not love;
My country is Kiltartan Cross,
My countrymen Kiltartan's poor,
No likely end could bring them loss
Or leave them happier than before.
Nor law, nor duty bade me fight,
Nor public men, nor cheering crowds,
A lonely impulse of delight
Drove to this tumult in the clouds;
I balanced all, brought all to mind,
The years to come seemed waste of breath,
A waste of breath the years behind
In balance with this life, this death.

i would say international

but with the current state of the country, they better start investing in their own damn nation.

pieces of work outsourcing everything to get the cheapest labour and maximize their profit by selling their items as imports to their own damn people.

USA USA USA!

Seriously? Since when is America the nation of poets and thinkers?

I'm from Germany.

The world should be one world, but the evil NWO version of that is a one world government (it's basically litterally the eye of the moon plan, since government comes from the latin gubernare (to control) mens (mind), mind control, which in practice ofcourse is also the case cause it's just a gang of thugs with the difference that they have molded the minds of the masses over generations into thinking that they're legit, that without them there would be chaos, while they are the ones creating all the chaos and then propose their "solution"), while the only real version of peace is anarchism, breaking government from the top down so that eventually 7 billion governments remain.

Internationalism, Although I am Jewish, I don't see anything chosen or special about me or my people, honestly speaking, Jews have to be the most arrogant people I ever interacted with, I more prefer Internationalism. I love Japanese culture, I love America's patriotism, Russia's might.etc

nationalism
Most delusional plebs who want no borders sit under the shelters of powerful and prosperous countres with strong self interest to protect their people and their interest and would go apeshit if something bad were to happen to their citizen by outsiders.

Political nationalism produces Fascism and racial supremacy, which history records have shown the negative result of it: racism and dictatorship which lead to lower standards of living, higher wealth inequality and lack of constitution. This was seen in Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany.

Political internationalism produces liberalism, which history records have shown the negative result of it: economic break-down and religious collapse, which lead to lower as said above; lower standards of living and oppression against religious people. The Soviet Union is an example.

I identify myself with realism, in which I approach to political, economical and social matters with a reality point of view. But, if I were to choose between nationalism and internationalism, I'll say I'm closer to nationalism than internationalism.
