John walks up to the field to see a man standing there, this man looked young but looked like he had seen some bad stuff in his time.
"Hello, my name is John Reese. Let's have a battle, I'm a little rusty. You seem like a person who can handle himself. I'll start"
John begins by lifting up his right hand and placing it out front of his body, making a palm while doing such. From that he merely thrusts his palm forward to the onlooker it would look like John simply moved his hand forward, but really he had released water molecules through the air. These water molecules create a shock wave of sorts. The shock wave hits the stomach of the man, the man would be confused on just what happened.
As soon as the palm thrust was done, John merely sent his water chakra up into the sky above to collect a huge amount of water that would arrive to John very soon.

Assuming that a form of unseeable attack was sent out, given the circumstance and the "Air" palm thrust the enemy sent out, Tobirama activated his chakra sensory abilities to confirm his suspicions. And of course- he was correct. Tobirama could felt the enemy's chakra traveling towards his location, at a dangerously fast speed. (Chakra Sensing Activation, like Sharingan and Byakugan, does not affect timeframe but still counts as a jutsu, I believe)

While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).

With the man dodging his technique with a mere pillar of water, John gets serious he begins his next move by gathering up a huge amount of water directly infront of him, from that a massive wave forms from the ground, the wave is formed into 1,000 snakes made out of water, these snakes have a little extra bite in them though, they are filled with a very small amount of poison. The snakes head towards the man, if they hit the man, they will bite him anywhere they can get, causing the poison to take affect causing the man to be unable to move. While the water snakes are making there way towards the man, John repeats the same process with creating water in front of him, but this time the wave forms something different a uncountable number of tiny piranhas form and race towards the man in the weird outfit. The piranhas add quite a extra punch to the snakes giving them a boost of (+30).
"Are you a water man? I like water a lot, and you will see quite much I do like it, I hope you can handle it."
