Swell.

(Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

With this one, look at your target; thus inserting your chakra into there brain, the target will see a clone run towards them, the clone explodes in a cloud of cherry blossoms, which in the end confuse the target, I can see this being a very obvious genjutsu, personally. There is no technique besides this and a few other genjutsu techniques, that use this method. But, I guess the good thing about this technique is that it does leave them open to an attack, and the range is good.

One/three advantages:

1. Good range for a genjutsu.
2. Leaves the enemy open for any type of attack.
3. Is great for defensive purposes too.
One/three disadvantages:

1. Countering this is quite easy as it has no trick and all I have is a window for an attack.
2. No damage points.
3. Can't find any more.
How you would use it in battle:

I may use it for two things.
Offense: I will use the jutsu and then attack with lightning or wind style attacks.
Defense: I will us this jutsu to hide or stop a genjutsu or any other attack from him and make a surprise attack from behind.

How you would counter it:

As I see a clone approaching towards me, I get ready in defense position but the clone jumps and explodes into blossom petals which blocks my view. Instead of trying to break the genjutsu I use a doton barrier and then break the genjutsu with kai. This protects m from my opponents attack and then I jump up and attack the opponent. If he hid then I will find my own hideout.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I stand face-to-face with my opponent. I focus my chakra in his mind and make him see a clone of my run and explode in front of him into lots of cherry blossoms which obstructs his vision. Then I attack with lightning style attack and run towards him from behind for physical attack.

Illusion technique: servant. Is number 1.
Demonic illusion :hell viewing is 2.

1 because this one let's me use many jutsu following it and it can also be used as a distraction.

No.2 because unless you have the Sharingan, you die for sure. Either faint or get attacked when view is blocked.

Konohamaru looks at his opponent standing there. He, looks into his eyes and cast a genjutsu on him by concentrating his chakra in his mind. He, then throws a paper bomb tied to kunai, which he makes his opponent look that Konohamaru is running towards him for attacking.

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user does one handseal and throws a paper bomb at the enemy. The enemy, trapped in a genjutsu will see a clone of the user advancing upon him. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it explodes

Konohamaru looks at his opponent. A beautiful, yet evil girl. He, performs 2 handseals and then casts a Genjutsu on her by concentrating his chakra on her mind. The girl suddenly sees leaves swirl around her obstructing her view and suddenly the swirl vanishes and she sees a cockroach. Something, she is forever afraid of and then faints.

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint

Well done. Welcome to B-ranks, now!

(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

Okay like it's parent technique; but a little different and better if used the right way. Perform the seals, with the last handseal placing my clone in the genjutsu, what's so good about this technique it's double layer genjutsu, so just think of the parent technique where it makes the target think the environment has changed; if the target breaks out of the first layer, the second one is still there, the target will think they have broken out of the gen completely but no! They still haven't, good technique over all, if you actually manage to pull it off!

Re: An illusion with nathan
Alrightly!

(Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

Okay so with this one, you wave your sword back and forth, by doing this, this initiates the genjutsu, the target will believe they are seeing multiple waving arms, using this technique places the target off guard so you can cut him down, downsides about this technique, requires a sword, and the range is meh. But could be handy here and there, I've never used it so I have yet to correctly get the full potential out of this technique.

Nice to be with B-rank.

Konohamaru performs three handseals and then focuses his chakra into the mind of his opponent and casts a genjutsu and makes him see a desert with only sand dunes everywhere. There is no water, no trees and the heat is making everything blurry. And, then creates another desert on the first one with everything the same. So, that when his opponent breaks through the first desert genjutsu, he will be trapped in the next genjutsu and finally Konohamaru can give a nice dialogue or something freaking out his opponent.

Konohamaru takes out his sword and starts waving it back and forth. This initiates a genjutsu that is casted on the opponent and he sees that Konohamaru yielded multiple hands with swords which makes him freak out and then Konohamaru cuts the head of his opponent who was off-guard.

Sorry for the lateness. And, you did great!

(Magen: Hanarasui) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

So; this one, I think you just look at the target and thus places them in this gen, this technique will make the target think they are trapped in a large flower bud, which blows up. The target will think the explosion actually happening; leaving the target with metal damage on them. I personally find this technique really, really obvious.

(Magen: Jubaku Satsu) - Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, and appears to dissolve into a mist. Once they stealthily approach the target and get within short-range, the opponent feels completely immobilized, and believes they have been bound by a fast-growing tree and are unable to move. The user then appears as if they emerge from the tree to attack the target. In reality, the target is immobilized, allowing the user to strike or interrogate them.

This technique is best used with that water technique mist; you will perform a set of five seals from there, the target will see you dissolve into a mist, and once you get into short range, the target will think they are bound to a tree that just rapid grows out of the ground, then your target will see you coming out from the tree to attack them, which ever way you see fit, but outside the illusion; the target is unable to move, so allowing you to attack them or whatever. As I said before best used with a mist like technique so it's harder for them to get out of it.

Small little quiz question: What Naruto character used this? And, who did they use this against?

Kurenai tried this against Itachi but was herself attacked by the same jutsu.

Alright.

(Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

Similar to the last technique you learnt, but with small changes, as you just disappear I'd think like the latter. That starts the genjutsu, the target will see bean vines grow from the ground, and grabbing the target lifting them up into the air, then a bean pod emerges from the ground showing the caster, about to start the target. Seems what rather again obvious imo. I wouldn't use it, but if you were in a area with plants that big you could maybe pull it off.

(Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.

With this one all you need to do is look at your target or clap your hands, either one. Once you do one of those two, your target will be placed in the gen, he will see snakes appear from the ground, and with your command the snakes start to crush and hold back the target from attacking you, and crushing them also. The target will take metal damage. This is one of the more used techniques, since it is handy and less obvious.

These vines bind the opponent and raises him. Then, a bean pod grows in front of his opponent revealing Konohamaru who attacks him. Although, in reality the opponent is mentally damaged and immobilized and konohamaru just goes and attacks.

Snakes........My personal favourite.

Konohamaru looks at his opponent and casts a genjutsu making the opponent see snakes grow from the ground and constricting him. And, then with Konohamaru's command starts crushing his opponent. Although, in reality, the opponent is immobilized and has taken mental damage.

Last B-rank till A-ranks!

(Genjutsu: Hanaoka) - Illusion Technique: Flower Hill
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons up illusionary purple flowers from the ground in front of them, damaging enemies with a chance to paralyze them.
Note: Paralysis lasts one turn.

This technique leaves people a bit unsure, I think you perform a single hand seal which then places the person in the genjutsu, they will see some purple flowers grow from the ground in front of them, somehow damaging them, with a chance of paralysing them. If they do get paralysed it last for one turn. Range is meh, seems obvious unless you're in a forest or whatnot.

Sorry for the delay.

(Magen: Chō Shinka) - Demonic Illusion: Butterfly Evolution

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes one handseal, placing the opponent in a genjutsu. The user then tosses a large number of explosive tags at the opponent. To the opponent, it looks as if they are countless butterflies. The opponent then believes they are sinking into the ground, in reality making them immobilized; this allows the user to place one final exploding tag on their forehead before detonating all the tags simultaneously.

This one is nice. Perform the one seal, then with that seal placing my clone in your genjutsu, you will throw a good amount of explosive tags at my clone, he will see in the illusion an undefined amount of butterflies flying towards him, my clone will think the butterflies are sinking into the ground [wot] but outside the genjutsu, he is getting stunned, this allows you to walk up to him and place a single exploding tag on his forward. Once you have done that walk away from him, and then detonate them all at once.

(Nehan Shōja no Jutsu) - Temple of Nirvana Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes one handseal, placing all the targets in the area under an illusion where feathers appear to fall from the sky. This slowly puts the opponents to sleep after one turn.

This one has poor range, but yeah; perform the single handseal, with that handseal traps everyone but yourself in the genjutsu, of course within the said range, from there the target will see feathers falling from the sky placing said targets in a deep sleep, but only when one turn passes. Not the most used technique here, nor one of the most useful ones.

Then he makes him see that they are sinking into the ground although the clone is getting immobilised, Konohamaru then walks towrds the clone and attches an explosive tag on the forehead of the clone and then explodes them after getting out of range. this creates a huge explosion and erases the son of a ***** clone out of this multiverse.

(Kokuangyo no Jutsu) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes one handseal, causing the opponent to believe they have been trapped in a world of infinite darkness, where their sense of sight is useless. It is capable of affecting multiple targets within range. However, it does not negate their other senses.

One of the more common techniques, perform the single hand seal, causing you to initiate the technique, the target will think they are in a world of pure darkness, which in end makes there sight useless, this can trap more then one target in it also. Just the only thing, the target can still use s/his other senses. This technique is simply one of the more used techniques in genjutsu.

Last A-rank.

Konohamaru gives a wicked smile (although this would suit better with Orochimaru), and then performs one handseal. He initiates a genjutsu where he traps everyone in a world of infinite darkness where they cannot see. This stops them from killing me and buys me some time.

All good, last technique. I only want you to perform this technique, and explain how you realized you were placed in a genjutsu.

(Genjutsu: Kai) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

Reason I wanted to teach you this last was, cause it's can be different ranks, depending on the amount of posts you have, Sage users such as yourself, are able to break out of S-rank and below genjutsu based techniques. This technique works by 'spiking' the chakra of the caster. The only genjutsu this won't break out of is, MS level techniques: To get yourself out of a genjutsu of such, you need to explain how you know it's a genjutsu and how you figured it was such.
Now I will cast a simple one on you, and I want you to explain how you know it's a genjutsu.

Castiel, looks at his student, and performs a single handseal, placing his student in a genjutsu, this genjutsu will make you think that there is a huge fire ball coming down from the sky towards you.

PS. I made it easy.

(Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

Konohamaru was listening to the boring lecture of his sensei while suddenly out of nowhere a huge fireball appears in the sky. He immediately takes stance for counterattack while the ball keeps flying towards him.....Being a skilled Katon user, Konohamaru feels something off in the whole thing....That big a fireball, yet there is no noise, no wind flowing and the most strange thing, there is no feeling of the heat even at such a close distance with such a huge fireball.... Immeditely he realises that it is a genjutsu and every passing second makes him believes that as still he feels no heat for such a big fireball..... So Konohamaru performs a handseal to focus and then disturb his chakra flow to forcibly get out from the genjutsu and soon the fireball vanishes...
