I gather my Katon chakra from within my mouth then breathe out a huge fireball at my 12 O'clock viewpoint. Once I do this the fireball burst forming a maelstrom of fire (a whirlpool basically).

Pros: This will cloud the victims Line of Sight, as well as (due to the maelstrom properties) attack from every angle in which the victim is stationed at.

Cons: This technique is inferior against opponents long range, as well as I believe that if the victim of this technique stands in front of the fireball directly in the center, they can go through the maelstrom.

Gathering up my katon chakra, I channel it into my legs, stomping my right foot onto the ground. Once this happens five eight meter tall pillars erupt from the ground surrounding my 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock viewpoints.

Pros: Can be used to LoS the opponent, hiding behind the pillars, while also using a pillar to gain momentum within the air if positioned correct.

Cons: Due to the spaced out structure, an opponent could easily bypass the spacing, and get to the objective (the user).

Taking the scroll, I gather my Katon chakra, and focus it into the scroll. Once the scroll, and my Katon chakra merge, a huge dragon made of fire emerges, I then look in the direction of your clone, and point my finger in that direction. Your clone then disperses into a poof of smoke once the dragon made of fire makes contact.

Pros: Hit a large scale of the area (can hit enemies that are stealth-ed around your opponent).

Cons: As you said yourself the prep time is a bit of a disadvantage, I'd likely use this if the opponent was frozen/paralyzed etc.

With this technique, I want you to pull out a scroll and place it out infront of you, I want you to send your katon chakra into the scroll to release a tiger made of flames, that heads towards my clone, once it gets near my clone, it will latch itself onto my clone, and explode on my clone while sticking to him.

As I take a scroll from my back pouch, I also knead up some Katon chakra and merge it into the scroll slamming the scroll to the ground releasing a huge tiger made of flames. I then order the tiger to attack your clone, in which it does grabbing, and sticking to your clone, while moments later causing a huge explosion making me fall on my back.

Pros: Can weigh enemies down that are aerial, as well push them back/onto the ground via the huge impact explosion.
Cons: Once again a scroll technique (wouldn't use in the midst of a battle, unless the enemy was paralyzed etc.)

I gather my katon chakra from inside of my lungs, as well perform the horse hand seal, the chakra then plunges to the top of my mouth. I then exhale the flames making a massive wall covering both the vertical and horizontal areas vastly.

Cons: It also blocks there so you don't know what's coming next sadly.

Con: I don't really see a Con, other than the fact that your Line of Sight is blocked from you, and your opponent. Thus your opponent can perform a swift surprise attack via multiple means.
