Wind is strong against lightning since it acts as an insulator and weaks the lightning. It is weak against fire since fire uses the oxygen in the wind to get even stronger

I want to learn wind because I am fascinated by its cutting ability.Also the main protagonist has it as his main element and frankly speaking I would love to try out combos of fire with it.

Thor takes the paper from castiel and then closes his mesmerizing eyes.Then he slowly starts gathering chakra, gradually building it towards the tip of his fingers.In order to make the paper tear, Thor imagines the wind element in its primal form and thinks of the sharp wind blades.He could imagine them and slowly he started to refine the edges of the wind blades in his mind.Then in an instant he releases the whole chakra built, from his fingers.The paper split in half cleanly, signifying his wind chakra nature.

With this one, it's rather very simple all you need to do is gather a small amount of wind chakra in your mouth, or send the chakra towards your limbs, from there you will release a simple and small blast of wind from your limb/s or release a stream of wind from your mouth, give it a go. Aim the blast or stream at my clone, to knock him sightly off balance.

Thor took a deep breathe and then began molding chakra at the base of his stomach.He closed his eyes and then he slowly brought it out until it reaches his mouth.Then he released it in an explosive burst producing a simple wind capable of attacking or defending.

I take a deep breathe and close my eyes.Then I slowly collect my chakra and begin molding it at the base of my stomach.After feeling that I have have molded sufficient chakra, I slowly bring it upto the base of my mouth.Then I release it in one exhale, resulting in the formation of small gust of wind.
