I gather in a portion of my chakra and then mold it into super fast raiton type chakra until there is enough. I then hold my hand out towards your clone and then gather the raiton into it, it then releases a purplish lightning which is very fast and it smashes into the clones chest and knocks it away, the power of the jutsu pierces the clone and it disperses

It's good for close range quick encounters, if the opponent seems skilled in taijutsu you can use this to push them away.

Though shince the range is very limited you need to wait for that chance.

I gather in a portion of my chakra and then mold it into super fast raiton type chakra until there is enough. I then channel the focused chakra throughout my body and release it all at once to create a dome of plasma around me, the ninja tools coming into contact with the barrier and their momentum becoming nothing and they drop to the ground.

It's brilliant for defence, it lasts a while and is an all around defence, plus you can run into battle with it.

Not being able to use lightning techs though maybe a problem. What if you need to quickly dispatch and earth technique?

I gather in a bunch of chakra and then mold it into fast raiton type chakra, I manipulate the chaka and gather it in and condense it into a ball which I expel into mid air above me and it just floats there. The ball does nothing for several seconds then lets out a continuous rain of lightning bolts all around me.

- great set up technique for defence purposes all around you when being attack ,short range or even with multiple jutsu,, even clones.

- Is limited to short range and is released into the air, it doesn't do anything for several seconds which is enough time for the enemy to attack

I gather my lightning chakra, the quick, bright and strong lightning properties flowing through this mold and then I perform the pattern of hands seals; Monkey, Ox, Boar, Tiger. Once I performed these handseals I release a bolt of lightning that shoots forward, using manipulation this bolt of lightning takes the form of three discs which spins and shred right through my target, your clone. Poof.

The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.

I'd use it close range, though the hand seal may be a problem. I may even use it as a distraction with a clone - thought I need to learn Shadow Clone Jutsu for that ;__;
It's a instakill technique.

How you would counter it:
This technique is pretty easy to counter if your opponent is running at you with it, just aim for him with a wind technique or water and he'll have to cancel his chidori in order to defend the blast.
If he is short range of you, use a taijutsu technique that allows you to dodge or some quick jutsu that will defend your body because the chidori will cut right through.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
I gather up a large amount of lightning chakra, molding it whilst I perform a very long string of hand seals, Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey; I then channel the lightning into my palm and release it. Concentrating on the lightning he has released to keep it focused around our hand into a shapeless orb, lightning spreading from it and crackling off the ground. I run towards you clone, my right hand holding the chidori and my left hand holding my right's wrist, I then thrust my right arm forward and plunge the chidori straight through the clone.

Sasuke uses this jutsu, taught by Kakashi Sensei.

Well, I haven't learned much myself and fire doesn't go very well with lightning - and my earth is very limited. Water I haven't touched and it would be very useful.

Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth

I would use this techniques because I can create pillar quickly under my feet to shoot my towards my target quite quickly - other than running towards him - make the chidori as i'm in the air and stab them with it, it could catch them off guard especially from the back as you're going at a much quicker pace than usual and so can get into close range faster and strike them in the back.
